Korede Bello celebrates 5th birthday since his birth

Today, Mavin act, Korede Bello turns 20 years old – but the singer is only celebrating his birthday for the fifth time ever. Why?
The ‘Godwin’ singer was born on February 29, 1996 which is a leap day. This means he celebrates his birthday only once in every four years.
Korede started his music at a tender age of 7 under the stage name, African Prince. He however recorded his first song while in secondary school. He is currently a student of the Nigerian Institute of Journalism where he is studying to obtain a HND in Mass Communications.

He joined Don Jazzy‘s Mavin in February, 2014 alongside other Mavin 2.0 acts, Reekado Banks and Di’ja.
This is the fifth time Korede will be celebrating his birthday while the next celebration will be in 2020.
